Content and automated audit recommendations are general business information—not legal, tax or financial advice—and do not guarantee leads, revenue, rankings or time savings.
Scope and payment
The accepted product order defines inclusions, revision limits, third-party costs and timing. Out-of-scope work requires a separate agreement. Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded.
Customer responsibilities
Customers supply accurate content, permissions, assets, approvals and account access. They remain responsible for claims, licences and compliance.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final work, templates, stock assets, software and third-party components will be stated in the service order.
Membership
Recurring services operate within stated fair-use limits. Cancellation, minimum terms and refund arrangements must appear at checkout and in the accepted order.
Affiliate disclosure
Any commission relationship will be disclosed. Recommendations are based on suitability, not commission alone.
